Uterine prolapse
Hi ladies! I am a first time mom and 14 weeks. I have recently found out I already have a uterine prolapse. Anyone had one while pregnant?
If my pelvic floor tissue/ligaments are already stretched or saggy, is kegals and other exercises like that counter-productive?
