What happening?

Late for my period. Took a bunch of pregnancy tests and they came back negative. I've been cramping like I'm on it for the past week. Jus cramps/bloatedness. After the last two times of having sex it felt like I was gonna throw up and my insides were on fire. Yesterday a giant bump appeared on my inner thigh. It hurts a lot. I looked up web md symptom checker because I have also been feverish and fatigued lately. Going to the doctor Tuesday. Hopefully it's nothing? Anyone expierence anything similar?
