11 month daily routine?

So I'm wondering what every other moms with a may 2019 baby is. I feel like I'm going insane trying to figure out stuff to keep my 11 month old baby girl entertained. I also have a 5 year old son at home and he has a over hyper personality. Keeping him entertained is next to impossible. I do school work with him 2 hrs a day and that is a challenge in its self but my poor baby girl seems to be getting super bored. We wake up at 8am i give her a bath then feed her then at 930am my son wakes up (some days 10am) then i feed him and get him dressed/teeth/shower if needed and let my baby play in her play pin with toys (she is only okay doing that 10 mins TOPS! she used to be happy with that a few times a day for 20mins at a time, Like while i cook dinner, clean up etc. Other then that she has nothing really to do. She has a baby jumper/saucer thing but she hates it now. She wont even let me put her in it. She likes to watch movies here and there but only about 20mins of them. She doesn't nap, if she does its 1 short 15min nap around noon. Then she goes to bed at 730pm. (Alone in her bed in our room) i just feel like she is getting super bored and she is starting to only like me holding her all the time. Even when she is eating in her high chair she tries to get out of it after a few mins. The day consist of songs, movies and me holding her. I just hate seeing her bored.

6/7 am: wake up
7-8 am: play/breakfast
8-10 am: play (crawl around, climb on something to look out the window, books, toys, open and shut doors and cabinets, play with plastic containers in drawer, etc.)
10-11 am: nap
11-2 pm: snack, play, lunch, play
2-3 pm: nap, often in stroller during walk
3-6 pm: snack, play (sometimes in yard)
6-8 pm: dinner, play, bedtime routine (with bath 2x a week)
There is a lot of crawling, pulling up on things, creeping along things, climbing over the dog, walking while we hold his hands. He really wants to be mobile!! He would scream if we tried to contain him in a pack n play other than for naps/bedtime.

Here’s my schedule for both kids (11 months and 6 years old) 
630am- wake up baby, bottle diaper 
730am- wake up kiddo, morning chores for him (empty dishwasher, laundry, feed animals) 
8am- breakfast for both
830-930- baby plays in his playpen and has music or Mickey on. Big kid picks out clothes for the day and plays legos or transformers or some kind of imaginative play 
930a- big kid takes a shower, 
930-11- baby naps, we do school work (usually until 1130) and I clean up around the house
11- wake up baby, bottle, diaper, big kid gets half hour of screen time 
12pm- lunch for both
1230-130- playtime (usually try to do something creative, coloring, kinetic sand, play do for the kiddo) baby plays in play pen with his toys
130/2-330- bottle, second nap for baby, reading and movie with big kid, finish up daily chores with him, put clothes away, vacuum ect
Then the rest of the night idk we just do whatever comes, hang out, cook. It makes the day go faster if you get your kids involved in what you’re doing, and have set rhythms or routines. We have worked really hard on ours and he knows what is expected. Also rotating out the toys so they aren’t over loaded and get bored easily. Also teaching them it’s ok to be bored lol

At 11 months I would say it’s crucial to try and get at least one nap in after lunch... babies really need their sleep to grow and learn (no mom shaming, I’m just stating what I have learned/researched after 2 kids of my own) 
My daughter doesn’t like being in her pack n play anymore either, she wants to explore the house. So I set up an area (our living room) and just let her explore. She will walk around and play and fiddle with things for about an hour before wanting me to interact with her. 
Some of her favorite things right now is the fisher price learning table, a box filled with shapes and soft blocks (she takes them out and puts them in), a play kitchen with play food. She loves to hold them and put them in different spots in the kitchen (microwave, oven, sink, etc). And she loves to look out our back French doors to see the trees/birds. 
My main goal is to keep her busy and learning. She loves to be outside and just touch the flowers, observe the dogs running, etc. When she fusses I know she’s hungry or tired ☺️ 
I hope this helps mama. I have a 4 year old and 11 month old; and it takes all I have sometimes to get through the days, so I feel you.

Ideas: 
Try for two naps
Go for walks outside if you can go somewhere not crowded
Let her pull up and stand at the OUTSIDE of the saucer. We like putting things in the center for our baby to pull out. 
While cooking, put baby on the floor with measuring cups/spoons/water bottles/plastic food containers. Encourage her to open things, put one thing in another or get it out, etc. 
when she’s cuddly or fussy, look out the window together. Talk about what you see. 
Use her as a weight for your workout. And count the reps out loud. Or name the muscle groups you’re working. 
Read books together. Have her turn the pages. Or show her still photos of family and friends, and tell her short stories about them. 
When her older brother is working with paper, give her some too, with something safe to make marks (eg toddler crayons)
Make towers of stuff she can knock down
Put couch cushions on the floor in an “obstacle course” to crawl over to you. (And cruise/walk where she can)
Play peekaboo! While you fold laundry

5/6 my 11m old (tomorrow) and 26m old wake up and play a bit.
7 is breakfast
8 first naps
9:30/10ish outside play for an hour or so.
11/11:30 inside to play and do shapes and colors. sing songs, etc.
noon: lunch
1pm second naps
3pm play or maybe a walk outside
5pm dinner. our family eats early.
6pm bath time and night routine 
7pm bed.
our 11 year old of course has a later bedtime. and follows a different schedule. i homeschool him.

Did I really just read that some mamas WAKE their babes in the morning?  Omg, I can’t even imagine the wonderful world where I wake up before my son.  We would sleep all day if he’d let us lol.  It sounds amazing 🤣

830: walk dog if we havnt already. Or independent play while i eat/wake up.
9-10/1030: I play with her, we do blocks, read books, put shapes into the right spot.

12: lunch time-- we eat together, and then i wash her hands in the sink (she loves doing this! She already knows jow to "scrub")
After lunch we usually do an activity, play with water in a tub, play with kid safe paint (flour, water and food dye), pipe cleaners and strainer. Basically sencery things) 
1ish she usally goes for her second nap, sometimes first nap. For about 2hours
3ish-dinner: walk id its nice out, just around the block. Or we will have a little independent play in the bedroom (different toys)
5ish we try to have dinner all togwther as a family
530-bath time
6 quite time, so we read books, snuggle, play quitely.
7-8pm is bed time.

I work from home full-time right now so play is usually exploring the house. I basically leave him to his own devices and he finds things he likes. I watch him of course to make sure he doesn’t get stuff that’ll harm him. And when I can and he wants we’ll sit down for some books. He has things he likes in particular like the box of legos he opens spills and chews on, the busy board my dad built him, and cackling at the cats whenever he sees them. He’s starting to get interested in the kitchen cabinets, soon he’ll be banging pots and pans around. He’s starting to walk around with his push walker. And having music on while he’s playing seems to keep him happy longer. And on weekends we put stuff in our sensory table for both kids to play with, last weekend we did shaving cream and plastic Easter eggs. A few weeks ago we did water and trucks. Keeps them both happy for a good while.

Honestly I just go with the flow 
Probably not the best thing but it works for us. We have no set routines and we just do what we feel in that moment.
Roughly we wake up at 9ish and have porridge then just play, snack and chill outside for a bit then eat brunch at about 12 or 1 and maybe take a walk, play some more watch some telly, snack and then nap at 3 then when he wakes up his dad is home and they play, bath, dinner and sleep whatever time 😂😂
