Just saw ob and she said I’m 1cm dilated & 50% effaced. 
I’m currently 38.4
 Any tips you mamas have to dilate?

Last Thursday at 36+3, my dr said I was 1 cm. I had already started taking evening primrose oil orally, and started taking it vaginally that day. Having sex everyday, swaying and bouncing on the yoga ball multiple times a day, perineal massages every other day for 5-7 minutes a day with vitamin e oil. I was checked today at 37+3, and I’m now 3 cm.

I'm doing the ball bouncing, walking each day, just started the EPO yesterday, sex occasionally, nip stimulation, and drinking plenty of fluids. 3 cm as of Monday and losing lots of plug, but no bloody show. Dr said Monday he didn't think I'd last through the weekend 😏

Just stay as active as you can. It won’t necessarily work, but it can only help. Walk, chores, sex, yoga ball, etc.

38.4 not dilated at all and babies head is still very high. FTM also, so I’m here for any tips! Lol
