First time mom here

I need some advice I’m just so overwhelmed with my sons mild fever. He’s 7 months old and he’s been having a temperature between 100.3 to 100.7. I give him Tylenol and it seems to help but this is everyday.... he already got tested for virus and it was negative. Haven’t been out. And it might be teething but not sure he’s been having diarrhea for the Pat two weeks now or more I think. Idk what else to do other then to keep giving Tylenol.

Anyone else gone through this?
