Recently I've been feeling my depression creeping back up so I had my doctor prescribe Escitalopram, which I've previously been on and is deemed safe for nursing.

The pharmacist however said I need to pump and dump four hours after each dose. So I'm curious, other nursing moms who are on SSRIs, did you pump and dump, or just continue on business as usual?

I'm already extremely overwhelmed with my to do list working from home with a 5 month old full time, so I really don't want to add a pump and dump session to my routine. 😩
