Fur baby problem:/

So since I've gotten pregnant, I'm 28 weeks 5 days, my wiener dog has been chewing holes in my dirty pants and chewing holes in my underwear!! Ive had him for three years and he's about 9 years old. Hes the most well behaved pure bred wiener dog I've ever been around... anybody else going through this? It doesn't matter if they are in the bin or not he knocks the bin over and get them out. He doesn't do it to my boyfriends clothes just mine. He will chew holes in the legs and crotch doesn't matter. Its hard enough to find pants that I'm comfortable in but just when I find a pair he chews em up. I need help! I can't lock him out of our room because he's so attached to me that he whines and crys and not stop until I let him in... he's been attached like tbis since I got him. I need help with my fur baby!
