If you went into labor after sex how long?

How far pregnant were you? Did you know if you were dilated at all prior? How long after sex did you go into labor?

I was 37 weeks exactly with my first. We had just finished doing the deed so to speak when I got up to go pee. As soon as i got up I noticed some blood on the sheets. Then as I walked I felt something trickling down my legs. I went into the hospital right away and they determined my water broke and I was already 5 cm dilated. She was born three hours later. I dont know if i was dilated before then as I never had any cervical checks

The day Before I went into labour 
I bounced on my ball all day literally 
I ate hot chilli for dinner 
Had a warm bath with special essential oils 
Then had sex twice went to sleep and woke up in labour 5 hours later 
I was 40+3

I was dilated to 2cm. 39 weeks 6 days. Went into labor 13 hours later.
