Serious question about My 3 months old

My daughter is 3 month olds she’ll be 4 months this month. She’s been coughing she does do this fake coughing thing but due this virus going around, Her cough scares me it’s not a horrible cough but a cough is a cough & she do sound a little congested sometimes. I use nasal spray and I use nose frida. We don’t go any where or have anyone around us. Idk if it’s a cold or not she still very active , drinks her milk & sleeps well , it’s just the cough that bothers me .

can someone please tell me have you guys ever experienced their baby do a fake cough ? Also I read about a teething cough never heard of it from others but I googled it, she is teething her bottom teeth is coming and she drools ALOT !
