Rearranging help?

Is there a way I can rearrange my room so it will fit a cot. The cot is on the right wall of the picture. And there is a radiator underneath the window on the left. I also have a bedside crib to fit in. I appreciate any help 😊

Is that a dresser on the right? If so move it to the left side where the window is. Move bed a little to right then place the cot bassinet where the dresser use to go.

Only other way I can see it would be turning the bed and pushing against the wall in the corner. Would only have one side of bed open which is kind of a pain if there is 2 people in the bed but would give you much more space and wouldn’t feel as cramped with the added baby furniture 🤷‍♀️
