High Beta hcg?

So I JUST NOW got my labs from when I was four weeks. The test to confirm my pregnancy at the time said my levels were 818 and marked as high and in red. I’m 8 weeks now and so far, so good. I made the mistake of googling and the results were less than promising- miscarriage, Down syndrome, all of that. So I’m just a little concerned. I will absolutely be fine if baby has Down Syndrome, I’m not completely worried about that. The thing I’m really worried about is miscarriage. When they called and told me I was pregnant the nurse on the line sounded confused or hesitant and I guess I know why now? They said I was 2-4 weeks. My LMP was February 11. I track everything as we’d been ttc for over a year. I didn’t take any fertility meds or any treatments of any sort.
