Advice!?
Hi everyone :) I’ve been over weight almost my whole life and ready to make a change. I reached 200 pounds after my daughter and as born and I am now 185 pounds and hoping to reach 140 by the end of the summer! Is this possible? Any workout? I was thinking of starting 30 mins a day with walking around my block or working on my elliptical that I just purchased. I’m not sure how to start with what to eat I am not good at this lol
