Hcg level rising but not doubling

So I’m nervous, had my HCG level drawn on wed 4/8 at like 1pm and it was 260 had it done at 7am today 4/10 and it was only 364 so it only went up 38% in 42 hours ...they called me and said it didn’t double but the lowest it can go up is by 30% so now idk....I had a D&C in January 2020 at 8 weeks. My peak ovulation was on March 15,2020 and AF was due 3/31 and I got positive pregnancy test since. Has this happened to anyone else and been fine. So nervous as my numbers never double last time either.
