Hcg level high but rising slow

I started spotting (only once) at 6w3d. My doctor ordered bloodwork and my first hcg test was done 6w4d and was 59,360 and two days later it was 81,879. Anyone else have a similar situation? I’m worried they aren’t rising like they should be.
