I have been taking plexus on and off for 8 months. I am on a Facebook page for plexus and being pregnant, in hopes to find out what products are safe to take and what ones are not. On the page, a midwife mentioned that pregnant ladies and ladies who are looking to get pregnant should take folate not folic- I was told folic.... Has anyone heard of this or what is your experience?! One of the plexus products is a vitamin has a folate in it so they say it's safe. Would love to hear people's thoughts! Thanks
