Trying to change my lifestyle bc of Endo.
I want to change my eating habits and fit exercise into my daily routine.... I just don't know how to. I think I've done enough research to change my eating habits, but when it comes to exercise, that's what has me at a halt. I cringe my teeth to think of how much MORE my body will ache after exercising. Can you ladies share your experiences with me and what helped or did not help maintain endometriosis for you? Thank you!
