Breast implants cost

After nursing I’m looking into get implants to make my boobs look better and for myself to feel more confident about my post-children body. I’m currently a DDD and would like to possibly go to a E or at least make my boobs fuller and nipples straight. After doing research it looks like I’m looking at about an $8,000-$10,00 price range. For those of you who’ve actually had this done would you say that’s about right? Also if you have any tips for me I’d really appreciate them.
