Ttc with Endo & PCOS

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for a while, we have been having purely unprotected sex for nearly a year now and I had two for sure miscarriages and one possible miscarriage during this time.

I have been on depo privera for five years and had the nexplanon implant for two years I got that taken out last January due to complications and went on the pill. After my period became slightly regular on the pill I stopped taking it and experienced my first miscarriage soon after and more following.

Currently I am on my second cycle using preseed to try to conceive

I’m just looking for similar stories, whatever the outcome good or bad, suggestions, things that have worked for you, etc
