Pregnancy after miscarriage

Just to give some back story I had a miscarriage back in September of 2019. I got my bfp at 11dpo and it looked like this

At about 6 weeks I had a miscarriage.

Fast forward to now I am at 12dpo. I got my BFP on 10dpo. My BFP looked like this

I’ve felt different this time around with more pregnancy symptoms like upset tummy and headache.

Do you think I will be okay this time around? With the Coronavirus the dr has advised if I’m not spotting or anything, to not come in until my 8 week appointment. Can anyone shed some insight for me? It would be greatly appreciated!!!
