Postpartum depression?

Did anyone else feel great right after having their baby and is now feeling off. I have been feeling so weird lately. I am feeling foggy and like nothing is real almost like I am living in a dream.

I was the other way round.  I was awful straight post partum but better now although I still have my moments - I cried today because my son was so overtired he was proper crying and I just hated hearing him so upset.
I also have moments where I mourn for the free time and closeness my husband and I used to have and everything just feels really foggy and heavy.
What you are feeling is totally normal but what helps me is to talk about it to someone, especially other mummy’s! You are not alone xx

I’m 3 months pp and I’ve had two moments where I got this overwhelmed feeling and the tears just started falling. With an “omg omg omg” feeling for ultimately not reason and I had never felt this way. Last week was the first time I felt weird, I can’t explain it, headache and woozy. I had already been talking to a therapist, so I’ve mentioned this to her, and we are going to keep monitoring. Mine might be more postpartum anxiety, but I also have a lot going on aside from a newborn

Yes.  I was fine for a good month then started feeling emotional, overwhelmed and lonely. It wasn’t crippling but i didn’t feel like myself. My dr said that can happen. That you run on adrenaline and have this overall just push to get through then when things settle down you start to feel it.

Totally normal. I was fine for like 5 weeks after my baby was born, but then it hit me like a hurricane got sad and depressed and started feeling down for sometimes no reason what so ever. I have a 2 year old and yell at my boyfriend for annoying her because I hate for her to cry I get so sad when she’s sad but this is definitely hormones . I want to snap out of it soon I hope

My anxiety has gone through the roof the past two weeks and I think it might be beginning stages. I don’t think the isolation is really helping either though.
