How do I get over an ex?

I was dating this guy for a year and a half and he dumped me...over text...during this whole corona, quarantine thing. I loved him so much and my heart is shattered into pieces. For days I tried to get him to give me another chance but it ended it countless rejections...I’ve sobbed for over a week, everyday for this boy. I can’t keep going on like this. How do I get over him, without dating someone else?:(
