Tongue pain!!! SOS

Help! I’m having the weirdest tongue pain. I’m 31 weeks and it feels like I’ve burnt the top of my tongue when I havnt. And I have two white spots under my tongue that hurt really badly when touched. Has anyone had this? I am anemic this pregnancy.
