No period help

Hi I got given the pill named cerelle on the 21st of march I took one tablet that day but became really ill so never took anymore. I know its stupid to ask but do you think that having just 1 tablet can affect your period. I was due on 3 days ago, I'm never late usually early. I looked online and it said it could affect your periods. But I only took 1 tablet could it really affect me.
