Starting to lose hope

This month marks our 10th month since we’ve been trying for a baby. I decided to use an ovulation kit this month to see if that helps and turns out, I’ve been ovulating 3 days before the app says I have been. I figured that was the problem. However, my period is due and I have been having slight cramps. I’ve taken 3 tests and all 3 have been negative. I am just almost certain my period is going to come. I always cramp before my period actually comes. I’ve been cramping for 3 days, which is a little odd for me. But I just feel hopeless now. I don’t know what else to do. The doctors have done tests and we both are fine. I have tried conceive plus and fertility lubricants. I’ve used ovulation tests. I’m at a loss. Anyone have any ideas? Or advice?
