This is to crazy!

I need some advice and to know whether this is okay or is it okay for me to be uncomfortable. I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant with a little girl. My mother has expressed her concern of me and my partner being ready for a child since the very beginning (we are moved out, I'm 21 and hes 20) she has gone as far as to say she will call child protective services if we "f**k this up". I ignored it because I couldnt care less. I'm just so excited to be a mommy. She has now set up an ENTIRE nursery in her house like I mean she has more then I do! She has a hand painted crib with matching change table, clothes, toys, books, rocker like literally everything! And she has started telling people my daughter will be living with them! Now shes telling me she doesnt like the name and that she EXPECTS to have her there a MINIMUM of 1 week every month or every weekend! (we live in a different province) it was also a conversation that i could have a csection and i told everyone that nobody holds her until both me and her father do (reasonable right?) She then responded with "oh f**k that! I will hold my grandbaby when I want!" Then said "fine you can hold her first but as soon as I think you've had her long enough I'm taking her from you!". Please tell me I'm not crazy and that this is absolutely insane!! I honestly dont know what to do!!
