Cycle is 45 days and counting

My 15 month old started sleeping through the night a couple of months ago and my period finally returned at the end of February at 6 DPO for a few days...my daughter has been wanting to feed more often since then as she learned to sign milk lol but we are back down to 3-4 times during the day. I tested with opk’s for a long time but never caught a surge and my period has not come back again yet at 45 days and tests have been negative 🤦🏼‍♀️ am I going to have to wean her completely to TTC #2??
