Late period then spotting. TTC.

Period was due the 10/23. Never came. I've done multiple pregnancy tests. All negative. 10/31 I started spotting. Light pink only when I wiped. Then it would stop, then start back up. A couple times when i wiped it was bright red/pink then brown. A couple weeks ago when I was supposed to get my period I was extremely tired, nauseas and moody. I have also had a cold. So my question is could I still be pregnant with all these negative tests?! Please Help!
