My baby is 6 months old and since Saturday he has had at least 2 diapers a day of watery stools. 2 two prior to this this he was constipated. I gave him a prune baby purée to relive his tummy. Not sure if this is what’s causing his stool to be watery. He still continues to have 2x watery diapers but is eating regularly, hasn’t had a fever, and isn’t irratible. His first tooth is also pooping up. Is this normal? Should I make an appointment with his ped?
