Running shoes

Question

I need some really good running shoes recommendations please! They will be used on paved roads and sidewalks mostly. Under $200 preferably but willing to spend on some amazing shoes. The current shoes I have are not cutting it anymore. TIA!!

I love Brooks! I used to run in ASICS but I switched to Brooks a few years ago and I’m so glad I did. I just bought these off of Amazon. Happy running!

I ran in Pegasus shoes for years. Then I had some injuries and switched over to Hokas. I think for a beginning runner, the Nikes are a good bet.

I started out with Asics Gel Kayano's but they were too narrow for my feet and I suffered from a ton of shin splints. I made the switch to Altra zero drop shoes from a running friends recommendation and would never go back! These are super comfy for road and even trail. Although now to date I've got almost 10 paid of Altra's.
