Any moms work rotating shifts?

Question

I'm considering a job where I'd be working 4 days, 1 off, 4 nights, and 7 days straight off a month. 
Does anyone have a similar schedule and small children and makes it work? My husband works a full-time 8-5 M-F schedule. I've always worked the traditional schedule as well.

Yup! Hubby is a "daywalker" Monday to Friday 7-4
My rotation is 4 days 
Week off
4 nights
4 off
3 days 
1 off
3 nights
4 off 
Repeat.
Works well for us. 
We only need daycare when I'm on my day shifts because we switch out before my nights and sometimes my mom will come by and help when I'm on nights so I can get some extra sleep. I usually nap when my baby does. She's 18 months now but I went back to work when she was a year and it's worked well for us. As long as you can find a daycare provider who is willing to run a patterned part time schedule it's a great system. I'm home a lot with the kids because of my rotation so I get the best of both worlds being a mom and loving my job hubby likes he alone time with the kids too I honestly think it's made us both better parents being able to have quality time with the kiddos because f I'm working weekends he's got daddy daughter days and he loves it
