Weightloss progress!
I just want to brag on myself. I had no idea I looked so different now😱. First pic is January vs now and second is february vs now and third is march vs now. I started to add exercise to my diet in march and the scale hasnt budged but clearly I gained some muscle or something. In total I've lost 12 lbs. I was 164 and now I'm 152. I'm 5'4. I'm just overall eating healthier not really following a diet plan but I do have a gluten sensativity that I finally stopped failing at cutting it out which helped the bloating. I run 1 mile a day at this point and also do the BBG program by kayla itsines but I only started that 2 weeks ago so I'm not crediting it to the weightloss quite yet.
