17 week ultrasound

Hi ladies I need opinions as I went for my ultrasound scan and everything was good baby moves a lot get to know the gender but I received report today and it say they couldn’t see baby’s upper lip...... m sooo worried..... couldn’t see the doctor in next 6 weeks. When I had blood test at 13 weeks and everything came back good. Has this ever happened to anyone?? Please help!!!
