Progesterone

I was thinking about buying the proov test off amazon to check my progesterone after ovulation, but i was wondering if I’m having horrible nipple pain and horrible mood swings around 4dpo till a day or two before my period is that a good sign of high progesterone?? And does that mean there’s a good chance that ovulation occurre?? don’t want to waste money if it is a good indication. Any helppppp, please and thanks
