Had to miss 3 days of my prenatal vitamins.

So because of this virus I wasnt able to get my vitamins for 3 days (I have them now) I've been taking them since before I got pregnant and this is my first time missing them. Can that be causing my diarrhea. Legit question I swear!! Idk what else would be causing it.
