Exercise during pregnancy
I’ve been really active this pregnancy I work out daily only 10 minutes but something is something lol, I also bounce on my exercise ball, I go on 30 min walks every other day, plus I have a toddler who keeps up on my feet all day. Hoping this makes my labor easier and faster! Also hoping I don’t have to get induced because baby is being stubborn lol. Any moms who think what I’m doing will actually help?
