Question about STD/STI!

This might be a stupid question and everyone is going to say “gO gEt TeStEd”...but I’m just wondering, what are the symptoms of an STD/STI? I know some people can have one and have no symptoms..but if you have symptoms what are they? I have a body count of 16 and I would say I’ve had unprotected sex with at least 10 of them. My periods are very normal and my discharge is too. There’s no odor...everything seems to be fine. I’m just paranoid because of how many people I’ve had unprotected sex with. I could go get tested..and I will soon...but I’m just wondering about symptoms!
