I found a few workouts that do not require weights. Or even use soup cans to do reps. Nike Training Club is something I recently got into. They have workouts that can be done at home, in small spaces and without weights. So check it out. Also, yes it is hard to not just eat when stuck home. I have been trying to lose my baby weight and it is so difficult when all I want to do is bored eat haha.
Anyone else feel like they gained weight?
We’re all kinda stuck in limbo right now I feel. I’m a bit limited when it comes to working out since I have no weights at my home and I used to get the majority of my exercise from walking around my city. Right now, I’m too scared to go outside to workout. I sometimes feel suffocated wearing a mask so.. yeah. It bugs me how much weight I gained in a month. All I can do is try to maintain a good diet, but that is hard when the shelves are empty. Who else has gained weight due to coronavirus?
