Morning sickness get worse in the shower?

An I the only one who's morning sickness seems to get worse or reappear when I'm in the shower.?

Taking showers always made me feel better. It was when I got out that I felt horrible. I would have to lay around in my towel for an hour before I felt okay enough to get dressed. It was rough.

I have to sit to shower, i get super lightheaded and dizzy if i stand so i sit

No you're not alone. 
That was me all the way up until juwt a few weeks ago and im 21w5d pregnant. ?😷 its no fun. 
What usually helps with me is eating a small snack before hopping in the shower.
