On and off fussiness

Since Saturday my son has been on and off super fussy. He’s not running a fever or any other signs of getting sick he’s still sleeping great and eating pooping and peeing normally. He’s pushing a lot when he needs to fart but other than that he’s completely normal just super fussy. I’m not sure what to do I feel so bad cuddles help for a minute other than that he’s only happy eating and if he’s not eating he’s on his way back to super fussy/screaming. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do to help him? He’ll be five weeks Wednesday. TIA💙
