Looking for some advice please

So one of my closest friends has been TTC for years and has had unsuccessful rounds of IVF.

I spoke to her earlier on this year that me and my partner were actively trying whilst we was having girls chat. Fast forward to now, I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I’ve got my first scan coming up and then we was going to tell only close friends and family.

She has a Instagram page where she recently posted hearing announcements upsets her and everyone seems to be getting pregnant.

I understand this is a very sensitive subject I’m just looking for any advice how I tell her, break the news? I don’t want to upset her 😢
