Can someone tell me what these pains are?

Really bad dull acheyness along the bottom of my back and in my hips. Then down my thighs it stings and inside my vagina it stings too, my stomach keeps going hard like when I get Braxton hicks but never got all these other pains too. 
I’m a ftm and 34 +1, what should I do?

Totally normal part of the end of pregnancy. Everything hurts. Could be round ligament, baby pushing on your nerves, pubis symphysis, baby lowering into your pelvis to engage for birth. Unless the baby stops moving, you’re in enough pain to stop you from moving, or you’re bleeding,  I wouldn’t worry about. I know it’s hard not to and I worried about it my first pregnancy but its all a normal part of the last couple months of pregnancy. Try icing you’re back, rubbing your round ligament (look up how to massage and ease round ligament pain), pregnancy stretches, chiropractor (if you are ok leaving your house at this time), make sure to stay hydrated and try to move around like normal, if you have a yoga ball and can do some hip rolls and figured 8’s on that it can help a lot too.
