My LO used to be able to put himself to sleep at night with us in the room with him. Took maybe 30 minutes tops. Now he cries until we hold him to sleep.

I used to be able to nurse him and put him in his crib for naps, and he’d sleep for 1.5-2 hours both naps of the day. Now he takes one 30-40 minute nap in the morning and it takes SO much to get him to nap whatsoever for the rest of the day, if he even naps at all. He tries, but keeps talking himself awake every time his eyes start to get heavy, then he just laughs and talks. What do I do? Or any ideas on what is going on??
