Had mild cramping for a week after Bfp. Mild cramping, nausea and fatigue. All test were faint even though clear blue picked it up. Hospital test was negative bloods hcg 39. Im having a miscarriage cat 4w6d. Devastated and lost i wanted this baby so bad.
