Workout buddy
Hiya!
I’m currently trying to lose weight. I’m at 79 kg and my ideal weight is 60. I can’t believe I’ve gained 20 kilos in two years, I’m so embarrassed!
So I’m trying to work out and eat less but it’s so hard! I was motivated at first but now not so much. And I’m the kind of person that’ll eat tons when she’s feeling upset or anxious - which I’m super often.
I was thinking maybe it’d be a nice idea to become workout buddies with one of you girls? And add each other on Facebook or something and share our results with each other?
