High blood pressure

My blood pressure is usually really good, 110/60 area, today I went in to my OB because I’ve just been miserable for weeks. They immediately noticed my BP, they took it three times while I was there and the overall median was 164/100. The beginning of March we noticed it started to rise slightly after my wreck, 130/70ish. Would this be considered pregnancy related or just in general. My anxiety levels have been absolutely ridiculous here lately and wondering if that could be a key factor. Anyways I go back in a couple days to check again, what can I expect from a high blood pressure pregnancy?
