Early ultrasound

Hi all! So I got an early ultrasound at what I thought was 6 weeks. I’m showing 2 sacs which was such an awesome surprise!! But no babies or yolk sac showing. The doc said dates are probably off and I’m only 5 weeks that’s why it’s just showing sacs but I’m really worried and my next scan isn’t for another 10 days. Has this happened to anyone? Any stories would be appreciated. I’m a very anxious mama right now.

UPDATE: unfortunately I lost both my babies. I went in a week later and there was no progress. Then again another week later and same thing. My HCG levels stopped rising. It was dubbed a MC. Just took the pills last night to finish the MC. 😭😭💔
