Pregnancy Symptoms

Hi Ladies,

I’m trying to conceive. I have some questions. I get very desperate to know if I’m pregnant or not I just took a test but it came out negative although my fertile window started on Friday, ever since we’ve been having sex, was it too soon for me to take the test since it hasn’t even been a week? Also, how early will I be able to know whether I’m pregnant or not ? And before a missed period are there any early symptoms to experience ? I get very upset when I see a negative because I get excited and get my hopes up which is why my husband didn’t want to get me any pregnancy tests but yesterday he bought them and he’s not at home right now so I was looking at them and decided to take one.
