What’s optimal bedtime for toddlers?

my 2 year old goes to bed around 8-8:30 with or without a nap. If he goes any earlier he will be up by 5 wanting to play.

My 14 month old gets a bath around 7:45 and is usually asleep by 8:15, she alternates between 1-2 naps a day.

I think it’s important to note the wake up time in order to decide the best bedtime. My 2yo goes to bed around 9/10pm and wakes up around 9am because he’s not in preschool and I’m home so our mornings are flexible.

My 2 year old goes to bed at 6:00 and then has a story in bed. She gets tired then and is more than happy to go to bed. We just go by what she needs. If she goes to bed and is awake for a while in her room then we put bedtime back abit. :) play it by ear ☺️ x

I'd definitely say depends on wake up time. I'm a SAHM so my tot sleeps from around 9p-9a. If shes fussy she heads to bed early, and if dad gets off work late she stays up to as late as 10 sometimes. She hasn't napped since she was 18 months though, and has always slept about 12-13 hours.

My 18 month old and 3 year old both go to bed around 8-9. My 18 month old takes one nap during the day, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. My 3 year old doesn't nap and hasn't since he was around 18 months. 
My husband works nights and on his nights off, I sometimes let them stay up until 10. They still always wake up at their normal time the next and I'll generally put them to bed around 7-8 the night after they get to stay up late.

Do you mean like 1-3? I would say 7/7:30 depending on if they still napped or not
