Just discovered I most likely have endometriosis, my Dr recommended having surgery where they go in and destroy it and then I take a certain medicine for a year that puts me in a state of menopause, he said I could still have kids, but it could be awhile before my periods would come back after that year is over. My husband and I talked about it and have decided to have a baby instead, I just stopped taking my birth control, and I was actually wondering if I should consult with my dr about not taking it?
