AF question

Casey • I`m 30 and my husband is 29. I have a 12 yr old son and he has a 9 yr old daughter, we have a 5 yr old daughter together. We have been ttc since Oct 2013
I've asked this before but never got answers. Do you count the days that you spot before/after or just when it's a constant flow?
